This in-person meeting includes a. Meeting Your Pet, b. Going over their care plan and belongings, and c. Going over home safety procedures to make sure your pet is happy and healthy in a safe environment while you are away. Our meeting charge is $30 for 15-30 minutes max and will be half-credited to your first booking with us.
We require various trial drop-ins for aggressive, reactive, or highly anxious pets to build a connection before any long stays. Please note this is a time intensive process, the earlier we start the better; however, we cannot guarantee a vacation or walk service within a certain time frame.
We require two forms of entry. One automatic (key code / garage code) and one manual (physical key, lockbox). We do not take single keys anymore, you may rent a lockbox with us.
Please give us a 48hr cancellation notice. 24-48 hour notice is a 50% refund only. Notice of 24 hours or less may result in a zero refund, unless in emergencies.
